Hi I’m Dora! I’m a hairstylist based out of Lakeland Florida. I’ve been a hairstylist for over 13 years. My goal is to provide the best quality service possible to every client that sits on my chair, whether it is your first experience or you’re a continued client. I will always answer questions or concerns you may have. Communication is key. Cancellation Policy
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE BE SURE TO GIVE A MINIMUM OF 48 HR NOTICE. THIS ALLOWS OTHER GUESTS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT DURING THAT TIME SLOT.
ANY NO SHOWS OR APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CANCELED IN LESS THAN 24 HR NOTICE, WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED THAT DAY AND YOU WILL ALSO LOSE THE 30% DEPOSIT.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IF IT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIME
FRAME. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU 15 OR MORE MINUTES INTO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME IT IS CONSIDERED A "NO-SHOW" AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT.
